Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping 

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. 

Returns & Refunds

At Axe & Oath, everything is made to order. That means we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves—and we don’t do returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Make sure you double-check your order before pulling the trigger.

That said, if we screw something up, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or mislabeled, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send us a quick message with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it—no hassle.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll either:

  • Send you a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund

Lost Packages

If your order never shows up, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll look into it and make it right if it’s on our end.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

If you entered the wrong shipping address or didn’t claim your package, it may get sent back to our fulfillment partner. If that happens, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

What We Don’t Cover

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color or placement (each item is made individually)
